The Press and Public Relations Coordinatorship of our Institute was established in order to strengthen and develop the corporate identity, to maintain relations with local and national institutions on a healthy basis, to develop positive relations with the press / media organizations and to establish a solid bridge between our Institute and the public.

The aim of the Press and Public Relations Coordination Unit can be summarized as; to ensure that Izmir Institute of Technology can communicate directly with internal and external target audiences by using human resources in the most effective way, to promote Izmir Institute of Technology within the framework of public relations and communication in terms of the effectiveness of the decisions taken, to increase the awareness of all scientific, social, cultural and sports activities of the Institute as a whole within the framework of Total Quality Management and Corporate Culture. The unit carries out other activities requested by the Rectorate; it tries to announce to the masses that IZTECH has a universal structure and to adopt the spirit of “Being a Member of IZTECH” in almost everyone from students to employees.

Protocol and Organization
– To organize activities such as graduation and opening ceremonies, concerts, theater, interviews, panels, conferences, seminars, symposiums, festivals and exhibitions,
– To organize all kinds of ceremonies (opening, groundbreaking), invitations, receptions, cocktails and official dinners in the institution,
– Preparing congratulations and thank you documents for the manager of the institution,
– To organize the office rooms, meeting, briefing and ceremony areas and halls in accordance with the legislation and protocol.
